No, you have more resources (ie; google, asus website, motherboard manual). Personally, I'd break out the latter to check one of the following:
1) There may be a jumper setting to enable the additional 2 SATA interfaces.
2) The 2 additional SATA interfaces may be part of the RAID controller that is onboard. If this is the case, you'll need to enable the RAID controller and set it to standard/non-raid mode (which is possible on my old ASUS motherboard).
