I just got a new cell that uses MP3 ringtones, but it is limited to 300k in size.  I have audacity but cant find a way to shirnk the size.  Currently the tone is 680k.  I tried making it mono and lowering the bit-rate but it still shows the same size when I save again.  Does anyone know a good way to shrink the size?

If you have full web access, go to www.phonezoo.com and you can register for free, and upload any song or soundclip. It will convert it to the proper filesize, and host it so you can download it right to your phone. You can also browse and download any body elses ringtones too.
