I'm installing it on my laptop now.  I'm trying the 64 bit version.

Finished the install.  Aside from random driver issues (most likely due to 64-bit) it works great!  It is fast and stable.  10x better than Vista for sure!

Any prerequisites for testing? Do you have to be a Vista or XP user? Any kind of license check at the beginning of install?

IE 8 is hella fast, but unstable and broken for CSS pages (drop down menu's, icons, etc.)

Ya, I have found IE8 has like crashed/Froze up on me like 3 times, froze whole computer up once.. Not really happy with IE8, think I'll install FireFox on it.

Got rid of the 50% CPU usage right now, dunno what I did to clear it, but it's gone.

Couldn't play Video/Music with WMP but was able to in Windows Media Center, Hmm..

I Dunno, still don't think I'll like it.

you cant really make a good judgment on it until you use it and not think about the fact you're using it. then, you'll really see how it works with you.

I installed FF3 from the get go.  Didn't even bother with IE8.

Here is the Mp3 issue update.
