Question about your lan parties.  Do you setup file sharing?  Bascially what im asking, should I pack a few extra Terrabytes of storage to welll store whatever everyones bringing? ( a buddy of mine said out in western PA, he does like 250 man lans.. and you can bascially get a thousand years of music and anything you can imagine)

We're not huge on file sharing as thats not really what we're there for. But I'm sure if there is stuff you need you can ask around and someone might have it. But if your coming in hopes of finding a shit ton of Mp3 somewhere, you're gonna be disappointed.

We run the LANs at the Hampton Inn in Elmsford on Route 119 right near I-287. The place is perfect for what we need - join-able rooms, good prices, no stupid "restaurant service charges", stable power, our own door to the outside so we don't have to flood the lobby with traffic, near to diners and other food, and tolerant to running stuff around the clock.
