TF2 broken.

My tf2 isent working.:( i load it up and all it says is out of range. IDK WTF HAPPEND. ive reinstalled like 6 times it keeps doing it.

What do i do?

I told you how to set the refresh rate, which you said fixed it but just for posterity reasons...

right click desktop, properties
settings tab
click advanced
click monitor
change refresh rate there

I set the reso to 1440 X 1050 and i have a 1440 X 900 monitor and it was out of range.
I upped my moniter to 75 hertz and the game ran and i then put it back to 1440 X 900.
