help with codebase errors....

error#: 81607
Not a correct index file
index file is exclusive locked or dos read- only--parent leaf mismatch invalid
 

On one of my clients computers.. On Start up...
number of items that can cause the problem...
Quickbooks
Printer Admin tools
Nova Backup program
Windows it self...

never seen that, unless the attribs are set wrong.  Try running `attrib -shr filename`

Found the Problem Google desktop had a problem indexing... Witched caused the window to pop up that error.. so i turned it off and hit reindexing... Never poped up again
