Death in the family (Of my computers that is)
« on: May 08, 2008, 12:03:44 PM »
Today we mourn the loss of one, AMD as it is known, also known as BUILT on the network, as it has suffered a tremendous defeat against the tyranny of Windows XP. Having downloaded a pre-release patch of SP3, the computer goes into an endless reboot, and nothing, can be done. The repair function does not exist on my windows disk and the computer is shot. Rest in peace, as you will be reformatted, as soon as I can figure out how to save my data, which I can kindof get at. I will emerge victorious!

Does your XP CD not boot? If it does you should be able to access the repair utility which can be accessed from the installation menus.

I got the data off, my drive just isnt' big enough to put it all there, and copy it later, the more annoying thing is the lack of the iTunes function to search the whole computer and find music..
