I think my mobo is broken

Yeah none of my USB ports want to work even the ones that connect dirrectly to the motherbord. I have tried reinstalling my drivers and that did shit. I think it's just not getting any power cause when plug my flash drive in the light turns on then right off and it is not seen under my computer. is there any thing else that could cause this problem. I tried to get inthouch with DFI I was having issues with email so thats why I am here.

what OS are you running? possibly have you done any update? what was done before this issue occurred?

I am running winodws xp home and I did nothing it just does not want to work any more.

Try doing a repair install of XP.  Perhaps the USB driver became corrupt somehow.

BIOS updates? there's a program known as winternals that would let you know what might be wrong w/ the hardware. or using winPE
