It's my big Zalman Copper heatsink that I inherited from Elite.  Costs about $45 new.

IT'S ALIVE!!!

I got all my new parts and installed them between yesterday and today.  I powered it on for the first time today.  Adjusted some BIOS settings and bam.  Booted right into windows, didn't even need to be revalidated.  I was afraid that I was going to have to reinstall everything.

Seems quite a bit faster, and the lanbox it so cool.
