Which weekend would you prefer for a JanLAN?

Two choices on a weekend for the next LAN party. Pick one so we can choose the right date. If there is a particularly important event that conflicts with one of the weekends, please post it as that could be enough to sway us toward the other weekend.

I personally chose the second weekend because 1) it shouldn't be back to school time YET and 2) the other weekend is uncomfortably close to new years.

I think the second week would be best I am just not sure If I will be ably to attend. so I vote for the second week.

second week sounds good to me, considering that ppl will be comin back from vacation. i should have my rig up by then w00t.

Either would be fine for me, but it seems the majority of people would prefer the second weekend so I voted for that one.

I want the frirst weekened Cuase for the holidays, i sit around with my thumb up my ass, SO after words I just want to game. But since all of you people have time to go on vacations then second weekend if fine as long as we get a shit load of ppl.

When we pick the date, we should give everyone positions.

ok i know this wasnt listed at all but what if we did like a newyears lan??? everyone has vacation and i cant speak for other gamers but i dont do sqaut for newyears.

YEAH, You get ready for a romantic night, Then as u 2 get into bed, PsiFire pops out from under the sheets and yells "Surprise!" then a bunch of fat kids rush into the room with computers, set up and game all night. She would be speechless
