Jon, I realize who's fault it is, but this is unacceptable from a business. Why the fuck should I have to go through all this trouble to get less than $10 back. I only had one more month left, that is, the end of November I believe. That being the case, pro-rating the $84.99 that I originally paid, comes to about a refund of $7.08 which isn't worth my time. Not to mention the fact that, I could care less about the money, I want my service for the remaining time.
I think, instead, I will file a complaint with NRG. I think I'll even call the CEO/President of the company and waste his time as he is/has been wasting mine.
