Jon, I realize who's fault it is, but this is unacceptable from a business.  Why the fuck should I have to go through all this trouble to get less than $10 back.  I only had one more month left, that is, the end of November I believe.  That being the case, pro-rating the $84.99 that I originally paid, comes to about a refund of $7.08 which isn't worth my time.  Not to mention the fact that, I could care less about the money, I want my service for the remaining time.

I think, instead, I will file a complaint with NRG.  I think I'll even call the CEO/President of the company and waste his time as he is/has been wasting mine.

Maybe, we should all call him and ask him why he is driving good people, who pay to use ventrilo, to there knee's, with a deep pain in there pockets.

Then tell him if he wanted to cause so many problems to have just started licensing for teamspeak.

any news? do we have a vent server back up? does any1 still use it anymore?....i finally went out and bought a mic so i dont have to fuss with my headset every damn time i wanna use vent. anyway keep me posted.

We are, it is Coldflame's.  Im there quite a bit after 5 on weekdays, usually in the COD channel even though i dont play COD anymore.  Im always up for a CS:S round or maybe some TF2.  BTW, good to hear from you again Nikita.
