First off let me explain the way the moderators of the site work and such. We currently have 3 admins, Me, GTC and PSI. We admin the site, make sure it works right, talk about new features, and keep everything running properly. We dont have alot of time left to mod, and create interesting topics (we do try however) and as such the Moderation Team is born.
The Mod team's main task is to make this site fun for everyone. They will split the spam to the spam zone, remove/warn/ban members that are just causing trouble, and most of all try to start some interesting topics for everyone to enjoy.
The Mod team will be broken into 2 sets of people, Lead Mod and his/her underlings. The Lead mod has full control over the Mod team, and determines when/if we need a new mod, what section of the site we need a mod on, ect.
This bring me to the fun part, Deto has accepted the position as the sites FIRST Lead Mod. He comes with alot of exp, has been around this community for years, and overall is a really good guy. So everyone lets join in a round of congrats (or good lucks ;p) to Deto!
